Guest guest
I have special orthopedic shoes for my AFOs. These are the first shoes I've had to have made. I have the opposite problem I normally wear a 7 1/2 women's shoe my x-sensible shoes are a 6 1/2 wide width. When I only had 1 AFO I bought young mens shoes in a 5 1/2 to a 6 they make good low or high top shoes you can't tell they are little boys they also have more ankle support for the other foot. I still wear them when I want a change from the orthopedic ones. Birkholm in Santa , California has a book with several types of shoes to chose from.
