Guest guest
I'm no doctor, but hep b is contracted by blood contact with an infected individual, intraveneous drug use and promiscuous sex. Why babies and young children receive this shot, I still don't understand. Logically, they would be a very low risk group. You have to make your own decisions, but there is a lot of medical documentation (DAN protocol) that advocates limiting shots. Hep b is REALLY hard for kids to contract. In my family, we're done with shots. I need some help! Hello I am having a real hard time trying to figure out how to go about getting help with my 9 year old Autistic Son. We live in the Sherman Area /Grayson Co. And I was wondering if anyone out there knows about any Dr that takes the CHIP Insurance that can help in leading us in the right direction to get him Behavior Help. I am sorry that I don't know all the terms to use but I am at the end of me wits. I am trying to find out if there is some hope for him!!! Guest guest
Hi, I used to live in Denison, TX and Sherman for a while as a youth. How ironic! What type of Dr. are you looking for? A pediatrician, Autism Specialist? Psychologist? Are you looking for a Dr. to RECOMMEND therapy or PROVIDE therapy? You mention you are looking for " Behavior Help " are you seeking a medical (pharmaceutical) treatment, or (non-pharmaceutical) behavior treatment? Have you checked the DAN list for a Dr. near you? http://www.autism.com/ari/danlist.html <http://www.autism.com/ari/danlist.html> Generally, behavior therapy would relate to someone specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ideally). J. P. Reirdon Webmaster http://www.autismtreatment.info/ <http://www.autismtreatment.info/> You CAN treat Autism!! Get treatment tips for children with Autism, PDD and Aperger's Syndrome from parents who have successfully helped their children. I need some help! Guest guest
I'm not sure! All I know is that my son has never seen a Doctor since he was Dx with Autism while we lived in Denton. I was thinking about a Pediatrician,1st and then someone to help with the Behavior, and again I'm really confused about giving him any med's I really would like to avoid that as long as I can! Any help would be great!! Thanks Jeanne > Hi, > > I used to live in Denison, TX and Sherman for a while as a youth. How > ironic! > > What type of Dr. are you looking for? Guest guest
OK, I understand. What I would suggest strongly is, first, find a Doctor that is INTERESTED in this area of medical treatment- kids with Autism and the particular needs and symptoms they have. Most pediatricians don't have the time or desire to know all of the RECENT research that is going on and which treatment methods are showing promise and which are not. You need a FORMAL written diagnosis. If the Dr. you saw a couple years ago gave you this, then fine. If not, I strongly suggest you get this diagnosis in writing, it will be helpful in many ways later on. You may need to see a Pyschologist experienced in diagnosing this condition. A good place to start looking is the DAN List of doctors. http://www.autism.com/ari/danlist.html <http://www.autism.com/ari/danlist.html> They are a group of doctor's that are interested in this area so they stay current on recent advances and possible treatments for your son. A Doctor I can highly recommend is Dr. Sheshagiri Rao in Carrolton (Dallas suburb), he is an allergist that is interested in this area of medicine. You should be able to get his number from information. There are several very successful treatments available that may be appropriate for your child that do not require pharmaceuticals. You can ask Dr. Rao, or another Dr. about your choices. My wife and I have had very successful results with ABA, Dietary treatment, Dietary supplements and recently Chelation. Which ones are right for your child can be decided between you and the Doctor you see. http://www.featnt.org/ <http://www.featnt.org/> is a good resource to learn and get help with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) http://www.autismndi.com/ <http://www.autismndi.com/> is a good resource for info related to Diet therapy. I can't stress enough that you must find a Doctor interested in this area to avoid wasting your time. Dr. Rao would be great if you can drive to Carrolton. May someone else will resond with a good Dr. INTERESTED IN THIS AREA, and closer to where you live. Good luck, J. P. Reirdon IS Dept. Uniden America Corp. Guest guest
Ok this is my first round and I started on 8/29 with the injections and on 9/1 doing the 500 calorie portion. I have read that when you are menstrating you should still be doing the 500 calorie portion and stop injections. Please give me any advise you can on this part. I believe my best friend (or worst enemy, depending on how you look at it!) has just come to visit me. Is it true to only do the 500 calories and stop the injections? What if your friend stays longer than the average. Say like 7 days. Please, please help!
Guest guest
Yes, you can't go without hCG for more than three days and be able to continue 500 calories. CC Guide to Implementing the Weight Loss Cure http://www.weightlosscureonline.com DO NOT ORDER FROM THE LINK ABOVE. As a member of this group, you can get my over 100-page eBook for $19.95 by sending it to me at this email address (apracticalidealist at dot com) through PayPal "Send Money" tab on www.paypal.com. Then I email you the eBook. I cannot refund the discount to you if you order from www.weightlosscureonline.com by mistake. ALERT: PayPal tries to get you to use your checking account rather than a credit card if you have multiple forms of payment set up. However, this causes a week's wait until your eCheck clears before I can send your eBook. For faster access to the eBook, use a credit card instead if you can.
