Guest guest
Has anyone with CMT used these, and if so please let me know your thoughts. Would they provide warmth and support for fatiqued calves? Is compression OK for CMT patients? Thanks!
Guest guest
I do use the compression knee highs. I have swelling in the ankles....because I have lost so much muscle the hose help move the blood up from the leg. I needed a prescription to get then at a supply store. My legs have lost so much muscle that I will have to have the special made hose to fit my small legs. Have not done this yet, but I know I should. jeanann
Guest guest
AFOs are like compression. They provide support so my guess it may work. jenny
Guest guest
I had a Doc reccomend Compression Socks. When I put them on my legs started to get cold. It was a rainy day so I just thought it was that. By the end of the day my legs were blue, and cold to the touch. It took 45 minutes of blankets, and massage to get the warmth back. I have never put them on again. I think that what little circulation I had was shut off. > Has anyone with CMT used these, and if so please let me know your > thoughts.
