Guest guest
Most people wilt in humidity and extreme heat. though I don't think that kind of weather helps CMT at all, but we would be feeling miserable like everyone else.
Guest guest
Good topic, . I'll just say I've lived in many parts of the US and found anything DRY I could live with. Even the Dry snowy, winters in Wyoming to the blazing dry summers in Tempe. However, throw in some humidity and I just wilt! Living here gets morning coastal fog in the summer, with afternoons that are nice and sunny; sometimes getting to that HOT and DRY category. Then our evenings cool off - mostly, unless a severe heat wave comes through. Right now there is a forrest fire in one of the canyons, and the smoke chokes me up if I am outside too long. I try to get in my garden first thing in the morning and then again about 7 pm. It is good time for garden AND for me! No real effects on my CMT but in a heat wave I don't sleep well at all; that can throw my balance and energy way off. ~ Gretchen
