Guest guest Posted April 2, 2011 Report Share Posted April 2, 2011 Hi Everyone. I went for a long walk at the flea market, 3 and a half hours and logged it into my livestrong fitness counter. It says i burned 500 calories! This means i burned my 200 calorie lunch and last nights dinner, so im a little concened. Should i eat 500+ calories tonight for dinner to make up what i burned?
