Lori,

I can't remember if I told you about the new CMT TODAY magazine. Still

another source, and a positive one at that! It is $40 per year and you

can get a subscription by contacting cmt.today@... - also the

Rehabilitation Management of CMT book is excellent, available from

http://www.aicmt.org/books.htm (there's other CMT info. there too)
