Lori,

I take Vitamin E and the Iron to keep red blood cells healthy, supplying

their strength to muscles. Both physician recommended; the Vit E (1000

IU) about 5 years ago, the Iron added this summer. Great combo. I really

feel good! I don't take a multi-vitamin; I eat mostly vegan and fresh -

my diet is varied and nutrient rich; also the artesian water I drink has

calcium and magnesium in it. While I am on diet, this summer I quit

eating sugary foods, anything dairy, also quit drinking coffee.

Yes, aquatics is fun - and interesting, as the instructor adds new

movements and explains how a particular one will work a particular

muscle. My drive to the aquatic center is about 5 minutes (very small

valley I live in) When the center expands next April, it will be a short

bike ride away!

I did take Neurontin for about a year - doc wanted me to 'try' it; I

agree, for 1 year. Had a good response from it immediately, however, the

cost was way too much. It did take away some mysterious shooting nerve

pain in my arms, though, and haven't returned. The elavil is much

cheaper, does more for me in several ways.
