Guest guest
" He suggest that the cause is most likely due to the loss of muscle that occurs with most any food diet program and that when your goal weight is reached you are actually fatter than you once were at that same weight because your body fat percentage is higher. " This is not true on this protocol. He is talking about ordinary diets. That is why we are doing hcg. It mobilized abnormal fat stores. I know this for a fact. I have been measuring body fat. I started with a body fat of 52% at 242 lbs. By the end of the summer I weighted 179 and my body fat was 40.2%. I've also been tracking skeletal musculature and that has gone up while my weight has gone down. There are a few more stats but my numbers are upstairs where I weigh in and I'm too lazy to go up and get them. > > Hi Group, > > I've been looking at some articles on loose skin when you've lost a lot > of weight and one that I came across that gave me a lot of hope was at > my hcg journey newsletter group.
