There is a video on the web regarding self injection. I went through a

round of oral and a round of injections. I can tell you there is a

bariatric doctor in the Kent area (near Seattle) and he is really

good. He does not dispense the HCG powder; he does dispense the

Releana. Some people swear by the Releana. l had better luck with the

injections.

I went through HGI Medical for my medication and needles. They are

pricey. I am going through the website this evening to find another

reliable but less expensive source. After a wild and crazy holiday

season, I am ready to take off the final twenty pounds between me and

my best weight. I really liked HGI and had great experiences with them.
