Guest guest
I take Slow Fe with folic acid my Doctor had me start taking it after I had surgery a few months ago. I take only 1 day but it can be taken up to 2x a day it is very mild so you don't have any digestive problem or constipation like some other iron supplements that I have taken. Can't say as I have ever heard of black strap. , thank you for your feedback on iron supplements. I found Black Strap Iron at my local health food market and some other information about it, which is very similiar to what you are describing. ~ Gretchen You are not alone with ! Guest guest
Just a thought: be careful with iron supplementation as many older citizens, and women past menopause, do not need very much. It can cause an overabundance of iron in the body which is a serious medical condition, P.
