Guest guest Posted January 19, 2008 Report Share Posted January 19, 2008 Hi Everyone! I am so happy with my RlP2 - I have lost 16 " and 22 pounds in 34 days, going from 192.5 to 170.5 this morning. I am going to stop the shots in a few days and stay on the LCVD for 3 additional days (500 calories) - BUT does anyone have a list of the foods that have worked for them in P3 (the first 3 weeks) - no starch - no sugar? I travel alot but will bring my Foreman grill, and my scales (food & body) but will not be able to do my next (and hopefully final R2P3) until mid April or so, so that works out to about 6 weeks from now. I would like to go down to 145 or so, I am 5' 6 1/2 " . Thanks for any P3 suggestions for food that is organic and good for you!
