biopsy ????

Last year I had blood drawn so the doctors could tell which

CMT I may have. I had no idea that the test would cost

$3,400.00. My ins company would not pay for it, so I was lucky

enough to find out that MDA would pay for it. I then found out

that because the way test is done and what they know to look

for as far as which type I have (could not be verified. )The

end result was yes I have CMT but it is unclear which one. If

you are told that a muscle biopsy or nerve biopsy would 100%

tell you which one he has,then I would suggest the later.
