I've already read the links on " mixing instruction " , just wanted to know how you all decided to start w/ 125ml vs. 200ml? I'm planning on starting phase 2 in Feb. and that's the only question that still haunts me. my profile is as follows: 5' 2 " appox. 175lbs short term goal: -30lbs currently taking -zeolite detox & prime directive Thanks, --------- Hi -- hope you're doing GREAT!!!
