I need breakfast....

Hello there,

This is my second time around trying to do P2 protocol. The first

time around I lost 12 pounds, but easily gained it back because I was

on it less than 16 days (We moved from North Carolina to California).

I'm having success this time around also: 10 pounds in 12 days. I

have to admit that I have been a little hungry. Mornings tend to be

the worst. I usually start my morning (7am) with two cups of tea, and

an apple. By 10:30am, I daydreaming about lunch. Lunch is at 12:30

and I am sated until about 4:30. I eat dinner at 5:00pm.

I'm wondering if instead of an apple at breakfast, I could eat a hard

boiled egg? I read through Pounds and Inches, and am not able to find

anything regarding the use of eggs. What do you guys think?

At lunch and dinner, I've been living off of ground chicken breast

(3oz) and cabbage (10oz). It tides me over because it is a lot of low

calorie food!

P.S. Thank you for those of you that have been keeping an hcg blog.

Reading about your struggles and experiences has given me much hope

that hcg WILL work. Special thanks to apracticalidealist and Tammy

for their own explanation of the protocol and recipes!
