Hi all, I'm new at this HCG, I started the 500 calorie phase on Sunday and it's

been rough but seeing I've lost 6 pounds in 3 days is making it easier.

Yesterday was really hard I wanted to eat constantly but I made a healthy lunch

using miracle noodles to add filling to the soup I made that made a huge

difference, the noodles are really really filling. It gets even harder because

I'm a vegetarian so the filling doesn't come from chicken, fish or meat. Protein

has to be found in different places. I've had headaches and have taken a nap

every day and today I wasn't hungry at all, except when I ate, I find I want to

keep eating or want something sweet after I finish even when I'm full. Which is

strange since I didn't eat sugar products before this. Oh well another day at

least I'm not looking at my shoes as a possible snack today.

Hi ,

Good luck to you on your HCG journey! It does get easier, and you will also find

times when you are forced to really step up your emotional game. If there are

questions or any way that we can support you here, please reach out.

Hi erin,

I just started on the 500 cal today. 6 lbs in 3 days is awesome. I am hopeful I

can stick to this.

What are miracle noodles? I have nevr heard that before. I am on original hcg

diet. My guide is specific about what to eat and that must be a substitute for

meat, huh?

Now it's 11 pounds! I'm going to send you a link it explains it better,

basically they are noodle made out of plant material. They are filling

but contain no calories, carbs, fat etc.. They have a little bit

different consistency than regular noodles, and when you open the bag

they stink, you have to rinse them with hot water for about a minute and

the smell goes away. It's not a substitute for meat, because it's not a

protein but it is a substitute for me eating 3 pieces of pizza or mac

and cheese. :) Just remember the first 3 days are really hard, drink

lots of water and take it easy, you're going to be tired, might have a

headache too. Use a site to help you track your food or keep a notebook,

I write down everything I eat and calories, and when I need to take my

drops. Did you do the load up before hand? That does help. I do drops

every 3 hours rather than 3 times a day, it works for me. No shots for

me. http://www.miraclenoodle.com/default.aspx Keep in touch I think it

helps to be able to ask questions and support each other.

wow, 11 pounds. Yes, I did the load Monday and Tuesday and started today with

the VLCD and had 1 cup of coffee, 1 cup of tea and an orange so far. Did someone

say those noodles were okay to eat? I guess it doesnt have an effect on you so

it must be okay lol

I am doing original hcg drops, no shots for me either.

I bought some B complex liquid from GNC that I heard should help with energy but

have not taken them yet.

That's a great start on your weight loss for sure!! The miracle noodles are a fiber only some people eat them on P2 and never have a problem, it's not a sub for meat it's a sub for noodles. you can find them also in health food stores not to be confused with the soy ones. website is miraclenoodles.com
