I keep readin post where others r takin b12 and other vitamins while on the hcg diet, r we allowed to or will it slow down the weight loss? Today is my first day starting on the 500 calorie diet and I jus feel horribly hungry and no energy and jus feels like I have no motivation to do anything! I'm gonna try to get thro 23 days but I think is going to b very hard if I'm this hungry the entire time! I spread My foods out also to make it last longer , I jus hope I'm down tommorow cause that will b the only thing to keep me going! I wish some of u out there on this plan would share some of ur success stories and tips on how u stuck with it! I really need some support and ideas!!! Thanx so much :)

Oh ok I wasn't sure if it would stall the weight loss since it says to not take

vitamins! I will for sure get me some of these vitamins! Mayb it will make me

feel better and have little more energy! Thanx so much :)

I felt hunger the first week off and on then after that really nothing. Did you load up good I ate really good for 3 days prior.I am on day 13 and lost 16 lbs. I drink a lot of water and I want to lose 110 lbs. I do expect it to slow up some. I do not eat the melba toast. I was not a bread eater anyway. No I'm not going to a clinic I'm doing it on my own! Have done several rounds in

the last couple years, jus having a hard time this round! I jus took a hair,

skin, nail vitamin tho that has biotin and b12 in it and Im gonna go get me some

more b12 tonight the one that disolves under ur tongue!

Thanx!! Ur doing great! Wow hope I do that well! Yea I loaded up pretty good

it's jus I have been on and off this plan so many times I did very well in the

past but it seems like each time I try it now something always comes up and

causes me to fail! Surgerys or etc,,so frustrating tho! Cause I really want to

stay on it and lose my last 40 pounds! I jus hate this hunger pain and so weak

feeling! I been peeing non stop all evening to lol mayb that's a good sign it's

workin? I no once I see the scale going Down I will have more willpower ! What

types of food ideas do u have? The food seems so plain and u jus get tired of

the same stuff! Lol any ideas or suggestions would b greatly appreciated? Also r

u taking any vitamins,,-!:? If so what kind? SMS r u doing drops or injections?

I started five days ago and it does get better.With each day of the low cal days you get a little moreenergy, and clearheaded.My brain was super fuzzy on day one & two (of low cal portion)also,because I have hypoglycemia but it has gottenbetter accept today I didn't have my normal AMbowel movement, and I am peeing more, but the fuzzy brain is going away, and a sort of peaceful calm has come over me, which is nice.I too need to eat more frequently or I would not survive.Is that ok?I mean still eating 500 calories but an apple at 8AM, thencelery at 10AM, then half of lunch at noon, then the other half at 3PM, then half of dinner at 5PM & the other half at 8 or 9PM.And how many pieces of fruit are we allowed per day?It does get better though.The carrot, so to speak, is proving to my husbandthat the only way to a thin body is NOT working out 4x per weekfor two years straight.I even took out $3000 from my small retirement account & hired a personal trainer and worked out with him 3x per weekfor three months & do you know what I looked like?A bulky chubby person.
