Are you taking a multi vitamin and b12... I hope so! Eat more protein. I'm on day 26, day 24 of 500 cals according to Simeon Protocol. In the past three days I've lost that wonderful feeling of wellbeing and energy that I had for the first three weeks. My weight loss has also slowed to under a pound a day. I've lost a total 24 pounds since starting. I feel shaky, very very thirsty, dizzy at times, tired, lacking in energy, and have had some cravings return that I totally lacked before.

Does this mean I'm getting immune already?

I have not cheated at all, not once, honest injun. I'm totally focused and determined.

I see that many people do the diet for just over three weeks then quit and re-start and don't go for the full 40 days or six weeks. Is there a reason for this? Should I quit right now and start again in a few weeks?

I have at least another 40-50 pounds to lose so it can't be that I'm at my right weight. I'm still over 200 lbs.

Help anyone?

Hi~ I did the entire 40 days. I too never cheated on the diet, but I drank

LOTS of water and tea. (Sometimes I was not even able to get my calorie count up

to 500.) My weight loss also slowed after the first couple of weeks. AND I too

was quite tired after the third week. I mean, I had to drag myself around to

get stuff done. So..I got a B12 shot and felt better almost immediately. I also

got my tired butt to the store and got a bottle of vitamin B12, which I made

sure to take every morning. That did the trick. Best of luck to you.

I am on day 12 and B12 came in my HCG kit, so I take it everyday. I have to let

it dissolve under my tongue. I am down 13 lbs. I did not lose any weight from

yesterday. I had been putting a little salt on my cucumbers though just to bring

out the flavor. Tonight I found a recipe on a hcg website for a dressing, red

wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, stevia and pepper. I sliced my

cucumbers really thin and soak them in that. It was soooooooo good. I can't wait

to eat them tomorrow. Much better then a little salt.

Hi was jus reading ur post and u take b12? I thought we weren't allowed to take

any type of vitamins on this diet? So u think it's ok if I take some b12 ? Is

there anything else u recomend me to take as Im really struggling and this is

day one for me? I'm sooo hungry my belly is growling all day lol and I feel weak

and no energy and have a headache! Not good!! Also that dressing sounds really

good could u give me the exact amount to use of the ingredients so that I can

make some? Any other food ideas u make would b so helpful as I'm so bored easily

with the food we r allowed? Thanx so much!!!
