Day 26 and suddenly feeling not-so-good

I'm on day 26, day 24 of 500 cals according to Simeon Protocol. In the past

three days I've lost that wonderful feeling of wellbeing and energy that I had

for the first three weeks. My weight loss has also slowed to under a pound a

day. I've lost a total 24 pounds since starting. I feel shaky, very very

thirsty, dizzy at times, tired, lacking in energy, and have had some cravings

return that I totally lacked before.

Does this mean I'm getting immune already?

I have not cheated at all, not once, honest injun. I'm totally focused and

determined.

I see that many people do the diet for just over three weeks then quit and

re-start and don't go for the full 40 days or six weeks. Is there a reason for

this? Should I quit right now and start again in a few weeks?

I have at least another 40-50 pounds to lose so it can't be that I'm at my right

weight. I'm still over 200 lbs.

Help anyone?
