Guest guest Posted October 10, 2011 Report Share Posted October 10, 2011 I'm on day 26, day 24 of 500 cals according to Simeon Protocol. In the past three days I've lost that wonderful feeling of wellbeing and energy that I had for the first three weeks. My weight loss has also slowed to under a pound a day. I've lost a total 24 pounds since starting. I feel shaky, very very thirsty, dizzy at times, tired, lacking in energy, and have had some cravings return that I totally lacked before. Does this mean I'm getting immune already? I have not cheated at all, not once, honest injun. I'm totally focused and determined. I see that many people do the diet for just over three weeks then quit and re-start and don't go for the full 40 days or six weeks. Is there a reason for this? Should I quit right now and start again in a few weeks? I have at least another 40-50 pounds to lose so it can't be that I'm at my right weight. I'm still over 200 lbs. Help anyone?
