Can we or should we take vitamins on this diet?!

I keep readin post where others r takin b12 and other vitamins while on the hcg

diet, r we allowed to or will it slow down the weight loss? Today is my first

day starting on the 500 calorie diet and I jus feel horribly hungry and no

energy and jus feels like I have no motivation to do anything! I'm gonna try to

get thro 23 days but I think is going to b very hard if I'm this hungry the

entire time! I spread My foods out also to make it last longer , I jus hope I'm

down tommorow cause that will b the only thing to keep me going! I wish some of

u out there on this plan would share some of ur success stories and tips on how

u stuck with it! I really need some support and ideas!!! Thanx so much :)
