Guest guest Posted October 12, 2011 Report Share Posted October 12, 2011 I'm sooooo happpy cause I was down 3 pounds this morning! How exciting! I almost cheated last nite but so happy. I didn't! This loss will keep me strong today cause I'm anxious to see how much I lose tommorow! I no the loss will slow down but would b nice to get the first ten pounds off the first week:) I'm pretty darn starved tho today again but gonna do this no matter how hard it gets! I been peeing non stop all last nite and today, does anyone no why this diet makes u pee so much? Is it cause I have jus been retaining so much fluid in my body ? I'm jus curious to no why I been peeing so much but wheh i'm not on this diet I pee mayb once a day lol! Kinda odd! Anyways I'm really happy to see the scale going down hope it continues and that I can continue to have the motivation to stay on track! I really want to do this and lose 28 more pounds!!! Been trying to get to 150 for 2 years now!! The lowest I have been is 160 then my body fights me and goes back up into 170's! So I'm gonna fight back hard this time and try to get there!
