Guest guest
non-vigorous exercise is ok. you don't want to expend the 500 calories you are putting into your body with food daily. you will find yourself hungry and fatigued. keep exercise moderate to minimal. once you've lost the fat you can have fun really working your new bod! Guest guest
don't do anyting you are not used to in p2, they said 20 min a day of walking is ok, i am just starting my 3rd round, the last 2 i didn't do anything, i have been walk/running at least 5 days a week since being in p4, so i am gonna walk this time, but too much can cause a stall or gain, we are not eating enough to factor in exercise but i am only doing this round to get rid of my final fat roll on my back so i'm gonna keep walking this round and see what happens, i start p2 tomorrow, this loading is awful and it's my 3rd day of it, i am so looking forward to tomorrow, right now i regret this decision but i know 3wks from now i'll be glad i did, good luck in whatever you decide.
