I don't know if it helps, but I did my first round using injections and wasn't hungry.  I tried to start a 2nd round using drops in the fall and had to give it up because I was too hungry and weak.  I am now on day 11 of another try at round 2 using injections, and have not been hungry.  On the contrary, some days I can't even eat all my allotted food.
