Excersising IS ok????? CONFUSED

Too many yes and No's.. I love to excersise and Hike. On the actual website IT

SAYS that they recommend to walk at least an hr a day. I wrkout 3 days a week on

the bycicle and lyptical and do a little wieghts and do walking the other 2

days. I hear some say not to and some say it is ok. SO CAN YOU STILL WORKOUT

ON HCG???? PLEASE HELP
