Guest guest Posted April 27, 2011 Report Share Posted April 27, 2011 I am getting extremely frustrated since stalling for 7 days (so far). I have done an apple day and a steak day to no effect. I am taking magnesium as per my doctor's recommendations in case this is related to constipation. I am on round 2. On my first round, I had an 11 day stall that coincided with my period. I am only doing a 26 day round this time, and made sure to start AFTER my period to avoid this. I know this will eventually 'correct', but I'm on day 19 so don't have many days left to shed additional weight. I'm only down 12 pounds so far and am mentally getting ready to throw in the towel (I won't, but my frustration level is high!). Any advice and/or words of encouragement? Thanks.
