Probably a good idea to keep it in the fridge, though it's also probably not

absolutely imperative.

K so I am almost through my very first 23 day round.. I ordered one of

the HCG kits that come with the needles and the bac water. My question

is.. when I mix my second batch of the HCG.. can I use BAC water that

I have left over from my first mixing? its in a sealed vial.. does it

keep like that?

I always reused my bact water. I just kept it refridgerated.

Seriously though, you don't have to worry about any of that stuff if you do sublingual. Plus I do sublingual once a day, not twice a day like they say and it still works for me so I don't use more hcg.
