Guest guest Posted November 24, 2008 Report Share Posted November 24, 2008 Hello HCG Family!! Just wanted to give an update- I'm on day 4 of the VLCD and have released 5lbs! I starting loading on Wednesday- Nov 19th wt of 217.5 Friday's wt - post loading 221/ and 1st day of VLCD. The second day of loading was really hard, I was not hungry and the mental issues with eating high fat foods - and 'gorging' on them was a tough one to get over. I have not been overly hungry, so I must have loaded okay. ** My advice for loading- before you start- plan it out! and have high fat foods handy and with you at all times. Buy nuts, get your favorite ones! Eat as much of these as you can. Eat almond butter- mix it into hot cereal etc. Add cheese and lots of it to your protein choices- taco meat, eggs etc. Baked potato loaded to the max! Make a chip dip with full fat mayo and sour cream, add seasonings and dip with veggies, and tortilla chips. I also drank a ton of whole milk, and even some cheesecake. Next round I will make much smaller serving meals and then eat these about every hour. As with the larger meals I would be full for so long and really did not want to eat.
