I might as well check in too! I have to confess I didn't weigh myself until the third day. I KNEW I had gained weight during those load days like you wouldn't believe! So I waited until my body looked about normal.

From day three on, I've lost almost five pounds. I'm doing a vegan version of the protocol and struggling with the protein powder. It may be that I have better luck with Vega's for adding it to random things like baked apples with stevia and cinnamon, I just can't seem to do decent smoothies with what I can add to them. Recipes and ideas would be VERY appreciated! ^_^

I have on occasion used meatless soy crumbles and Gardein chick'n scallopini. I'm trying to stick to mostly the powders. Maybe it's just the kind I'm using? " The Light in me honors the Light in you "
