Guest guest
Hi Tina, You are great! I will try the 3/4 teaspoon to 20 oz of water thing. Thanks for the great idea. Yes, I think you are our new official spokesperson for Crystal Light. By the way, have you tried the Crystal Light " Body Refreshers " ? They have 20% daily value of 10 vitamins and minerals in one serving. They come in 3 flavor combinations. Guest guest
>Can Crystal Light be drank in place of water? Yup, sure can since it has no caffeine, carbs, etc. Its the only way I can get 120 oz. of fluid a day. So drink up! Tina

I'll have to hit another store and see if they might have em, as the Walmart where I do most of my shopping doesn't seem to. Thanks! Guest guest
> Oh man. > > I got a free sample of Crystal Light (berry blend or something) and I decided to give it a try (cuz it never hurts to try right?). That stuff was HORRIBLE. You never appreciate plain ole water until you drink red aspartame. > > Zona...you look AWESOME!!!! Way to go and keep up the good work!!!! > > I can't stand regular old water. But the only Crystal Light I'll drink is the lemonade flavor, really watered down. I like the carbonated flavored waters, no calories, no sugar, etc. It's the only way I get my water in. Colleen
Guest guest
I like Crystal Light. I also like Sugar-Free Cherry Kool-Aid. They're no substitute for water, but they're good when you're trying to get away from carbonation. I like iced tea with Splenda too. ....somebody with no fear of aspartame and red dye ;-) Crystal Light I was checking out the ingredients on Crystal Light and there doesn't seem to be a lot of nothing in it. Are there hidden things that would make it not BFL? I know there is no subsititue for water. Just curious. Jill (Alaska)

But, it's way too sweet for me so I end up mixing it with two-three times as much water.. and then letting my ice melt in it.. etc etc. But I like the hint of flavour and it hasn't hindered my progress. Guest guest
No, because it's sugar free. Only 5 calories per serving. Guest guest
Is anyone else having a problem with the "new" Walmart brands? It seems like all of the Walmart products that I was buying have changed. I'd been buying their bread for years, but a couple of weeks ago when I bought it the label had changed and when I got it home it was already stale. Now the packaging for their sliced cheese has changed and I'm wondering what the devil is going on! Love,DiLibra me, Domine, de morte aeternagraymarshall@... Guest guest
I'm a crystal light junkie and make the iced tea with lemon by the gallon and add more lemon it to. I have tried the Wal Mart brand a few times and found it good at first than it was stale or had a funny taste to it and I switched back to crystal light. Wal Mart goes have terrific fresh fruit cut up and I love the tropical fruit mix. It's expensive but it's just me and if I buy fresh fruit it goes bad before I can eat it. Yep I eat lots of fruits and veggies. Love and Hugs. Deb
Guest guest
I’ve noticed several brands updating their packaging. I just think it’s something the do periodically. I haven’t seen any difference in their brand of crystal light. De Re: Re: Crystal Light Is anyone else having a problem with the " new " Walmart brands?
