I am 85% sure that vaccines made my CMT and my son and daughters CMT worse.

My younger boy went without shots he is 5 and is doing dang good. Age 4-5 is

when we get all the shots for school. Anyone else find this?

have now been served in a class action lawsuit which was filed on April 3,

2002 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York

on behalf of three groups against the manufacturer of Thimerosal, a

preservative containing mercury, and against the vaccine manufacturers that

use or used Thimerosal in the manufacture and/or distribution of childhood

vaccines.

Plaintiffs and the Plaintiff Class defined as Sub-Class One have been

diagnosed with autism or neurological disorders, as well as other severe and

permanent health consequences claimed to be the result of exposure to high

levels of mercury contained in Thimerosal; Plaintiffs and the Plaintiff Class

defined in Subclass Two claim an increased risk of developing autism, other

serious neurological disorders, or other severe and permanent health

consequences as a result of exposure to high levels of mercury contained in

Thimerosal; Plaintiffs and the Plaintiff Class are defined in Subclass Three

have claims based upon the injuries to their children as well as claims for

medical monitoring of their children who have not yet manifested an injury,

but who must be continuously monitored due to their exposure to the high

levels of mercury contained in childhood vaccines.

The class action lawsuit was filed in Federal Court in the Eastern District

of New York seeking monetary damages for millions of American children who

have been exposed to dangerous levels of mercury and to ensure that

Autism is a neuro-developmental syndrome that typically appears within the

first two years of a child's life. It is characterized by impaired

socialization, language and communication skills, abnormal movement, and

sensory dysfunction. Many of the vaccines that contain Thimerosal are

required for infants and young children in the United States. These include

the Hepatitis B, DTP, DTaP, Hib, DT, DTP-HIB, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus

In April 2001, the FDA and U.S. public health agencies announced that they

supported the reduction of mercury exposure from any source. The FDA

encouraged vaccine manufacturers to develop new vaccines without Thimerosal

and to remove or reduce the Thimerosal content of existing vaccines.

This class action lawsuit seeks compensatory damages for the millions of

children who have been exposed to mercury in childhood vaccines and have been

caused, and will continue to be caused, physical injury and pain, mental

anguish, lost earnings, and medical and other expenses. Additionally, Class

members seek equitable and other relief, including injunctive relief, for

themselves, and all others similarly situated, and costs for medical

monitoring and maintenance requirements resulting from their exposure to
