I'd also like to comment on the difficulty women with

scoliosis apparently have regulating hormones. I had

not been told this interesting fact that would've been

an appropriate thing to know. Strangely enough, after

my stroke the doctors had THE WORST time getting my

coumadin dosage regulated. For 2 years I was changing

the dosage on a 72 hour basis (or less). The

neurologist said he didn't understand why they

couldn't get a regular dosage going with me, that he'd

not encountered that problem with coumadin before.

Then he said it must be because I was younger & still

menstrual while everyone else was postmenopausal or

male. Very interesting indeed. ~Moonbeam
