doing a chicken day on p3 for the first time

Anyone ever do this before? I roasted a chicken and have been munching on it all

day. The thought of another steak day was mortifying so i'm trying it out.

I am heading into week 2 of phase 3 stabilization. My last injection weight was

123. I am 5'8 " and 47 yrs old. This morning i woke up to 125.4 i will let

everyone know if i lost as much as my last steak day which was 1.6 pounds. I

also had a lowfat latte (no sugar) at lunch.

p3 is good training for life. It can be frustrating, but afterall i will never

not weigh myself again. my scale is my friend and there will be plenty of

" correction days " ahead of me in my life if i want to stay this weight.

stabilization is such an important part of this process. Sometimes i wonder if

people really take it seriously once they have gotten down to their ideal

weight.

Round 1 I lost 29 pounds and 29 inches on the 43 day protocol which i started

last august 8th. Round 2 I lost 15 pounds and not sure how many inches yet

(will measure wednesday).

All the best to everyone out there doing HCG protocol. It works - undeniably -

if you stay with the original protocol as much as possible.
