,

I have never really been what I'd call overweight, however keeping the pounds

off to begin with has always been a challenge. Obesity tends to run in my

family, and with my limited ability to exercise, I'm very careful. I've found

that even an extra 5 pounds can affect my mobility. So, 2 years ago I joined

Weight Watchers with the desire to lose 15 pounds (I weighed 145 lbs at the

time). I surpassed my goal and lost 18 pounds. I hit " lifetime member " status

for reaching my goal. Since then I have been able to maintain the 15 pound loss,

and have weighed about 130lbs ever since. The program is easy to follow, and you

don't have to buy any special foods. I've known women that have lost over 100

pounds with Weight Watchers. It's a common sense approach to weight loss and

maintenance, and a lifestyle change that you can live with for the rest of your

life. You can eat whatever you choose, you simply have to count the points for

it. The program shows you how. Log into www.Weightwatchers.com for an overview

of how it works, and hopefully there is a group in your area. If there isn't,

you can still follow the program with the information on the net. Good luck!
