I also enjoy swimming. For that matter, I recently joined a gym

and enjoy lots of exercise. There are many new machines that don't require

me to lift my feet much (there's a running machine - Pre Cor - that you don't

have to lift your feet to use - the footbed itself moves! So far, it's had

a positive effect on my balance and overall health!
