Guest guest
Aileen, You are in my thoughts at this difficult time. Stress is no picnic and what has helped me through bad times is courage and also some deep breathing - it helps my muscles that tense from wicked stress, relax. Perhaps when you are settled in Independent Living you might think about getting a canine companion - helper dog, specially trained for you. Besides helping with tasks, just petting the dog will lessen stress. I hope your difficulties resolve quickly. JJ USA ____________________________________________________________ woof! woof!
