Guest guest
Hi Jolene, Thanks for recommending the book Scoliosis Ascending The Curve. I just placed a hold on it through our interlibrary loan. Do you or anyone else on the group have any other good books to recommend about scoliosis, especially those that would help me know how to prepare and what to expect for surgery? I'm still at least a couple of years away from surgery, but with small children I'll need to do a lot of planning and preparation before I'm out of commission, post surgery. Thanks much, Kirsten Portland, OR 43 years old, 60 degree curve _____ From: Scoliosis Treatment [mailto:Scoliosis Treatment ] On Behalf Of Buttonjo@... Your daughter may not show lung problems but with those numbers she has limited lung function. It will be called Restricted Lung Disease-don't let the Disease word panic you. Prepare your thinking for surgery-it will be forthcoming. If you can find Scoliosis Ascending the Curve by Lyons in the used books it will help you with questions. What a lucky little girl to be in the USA with you.
