Guest guest
Thanks Janie , The kind they are doing on me is about 5 x stonger then over the counter . That's why I will be sedated . If this doenst work they want to implant a ten's unit ( that is the transmitter they want to do to you ) you can request an external one which is what i have now . It sort of works but not really and it is a pain in the butt because the wires hang out and it looks like a bommb when peopel see it . The implanted ones have to be recharged just like the external ones . Implanted one's are less bulky but you may have a reaction to it and it would have to be removed . I would suggest that you try the external on first to see if you get any relief at all before the put it in your body . No use having surgery if you don't need it . Lots of luck thanks for the info carol > > I have done a lot of research on this subject and developed a list of websites you all might be interested in. I know I have found them helpful. By the way I start a series of injections so everyone think positive for me. > > http://www.bonati.com/discussion/ > http://www.scoliosis-assoc.org/ > http://www.spinemd.com/about-us/ > http://www.srs.org/ > http://www.mypainspecialist.com/index.html > http://www.spineuniverse.com/ > http://www.brainandspine.org.uk/helpline/neurology_in_the_news/chronic_back.html > http://www.scoliosis-support.org/ > http://www.fixscoliosis.com/forum.php > http://www.scoliosissystems.com/?gclid=CLfv_5z1l6YCFY9x5QodXUwFmw > http://livingtwisted.wordpress.com/ > http://www.scoliosis.org/forum/ > http://www.scoliosisjournal.com/ > http://www.liv.ac.uk/FacultyMedicine/ibse/ > http://www.iscoliosis.com/ > http://www.sdscoliosis.com/ > > > Thanks, > Janie >
