Guest guest
Dan, I worked for a private group with Randy McCarger that also offered EMS Consultants in Burleson but I am not sure if that was the name or not. I worked for them on a contract basis. I worked for 's, Med Star, Fort Worth Cooks and the group in Burleson. Over the years in Texas, I also worked for Professional out of Dallas, Alert Care in Cleburne and Walls Regional. Had to work multiple jobs to make any money back then. I'm considering tincturing in 150 proof alcohol more and more, and I see I may have two problems: cloudiness and not knowing a formula for dilution percentages. Any help would be appreciated. Just got my first orchids a month ago - a big double stem with lots of big white flowers. It's gorgeous and I hope I will be able to take care of it to live long and make my home beautiful! I am a part of a craft collective here in Vancouver called Seamrippers http://www.seamrippers.ca/ - it's a non profit organizations, and we have our own studio and teach workshops and also have gallery exhibits. My favourite sewig is reconstructing and recycling clothes inspired by vintage styles (mostly 20's to 40's) and I am an expert in turing ols pants into lovely skirts! The unique thing about this group is that everybody is welcome and we all share our knowledge, our sucesses AND failures and frustrations. This is a place where you can honestly post your most burining questions and know that nobody is goign to laugh at you, no matter how silly you think it could be. So don't be shy, I encourage you to pose any question you have in mind to the group, this is the best way to learn and evolve. Remember - THE ONLY STUPID QUESTION IS THE QUESTION THAT YOU WANTED TO ASK BUT DIDN'T! Another thing you can do, and I highly recommend this - go through the archives, they have a wealth of information. You can simply search for a name of ingredient or a topic (i.e.: filtring, maturing, blending, safety) and you will find a wealth of information). I believe some of the most important posts were collected into the archives, by the devoted moderators of the site, for exactly that purpose. Never stop learning! Congrats on your decision to live a healthier life. I do know of people who have used the Bowflex exclusively for BFL and had great results. They did some other exercises...lunges, etc, but for the most part the Bowflex was their only workout equipment and again, great results. Wish I had more of their info, but it was from another site I lost track of. About your before pics. I have never owned a two piece bathing suit and a one piece would not reflect my true before-ness. I wore black underwear and my black sports bra in my before pic. Worked! And one more thing. I bought a new weight bench, free weights, and a dumbbell set just as I was finishing my basement. Cover yours well because I still find drywall dust on my stuff. I used a sheet to cover mine, but it just wasn't enough. I can't imagine that whatever they stir up down there would be good for your Bowflex. And since it's your one piece of equipment, I'd be even more careful. Good luck and keep us posted on your journey. dj > > HI everyone, > > I have been lurking for a short time while getting ready to start my first challenge on Monday. We had to set up the Bowflex in the bassement and it will be challenging trying to get my workouts in early on the morning before the construction guys get here to finish my basement. I wasn't putting off starting until the rec room/workout room was done. So I will be doing my stuff and covering up my machine so that no one gets crud all over it....LOL > > There is no gym nearby (I am rural) and my son got the machine so I figure I can use it and it will be just as effective as free weights. I have started the eating part of it already and am amazed at how easy it is to not be hungry at all. I am finding it a little hard to get 6 meals in but have no problem with 5. I just toss a bit of cottage cheese and an orange together at the end of the night to make number 6. > > I am 50 years old and decided I want a new body before I turn 51 in July. I used to be 5' 8 " but due to washing in hot water have shrunk to 5' 7.5 " . LOL I am starting at 187 pounds and my bf % was 29 measured at curves a few months ago on one of the handheld machines. Not sure how accurate it is but without calipers that is what I am starting with. I am soooooo looking forward to doing this and seeing my real body emerge. I haven't taken any before pics yet - trying to figure out what to wear for lack of a bathing suit. > > Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and say what a great buch you all seem to be for support and answering questions. > > By the way, had anyone else here used the Bowflex? > > Dianne > >
Guest guest
I think all vaccine pushers that think they're doctors need to read and take heed to the writings of Eleanor McBean. Dan Vaccination Condemned (Better Life Research, 1981) By Eleanor McBean (Pages 1-3) For almost 200 years vaccination has been a well-estabÂlished institution—even an accepted fact of life, by the bulk of the world's populations. It has consequently become an unquestioned dominating medical requirement for schools, labor unions, hospital employment, military establishments and for many other captive groups. How did vaccination gain this stranglehold on human lives? Do the vaccination-promoters lay claim to some kind of " divine right, " or were they voted into power by the people? They were not. Most people have never given the matter a conscious thought. They merely accept it without question, and meekly say, " Why shouldn't it be accepted, defended, believed in and enforced; hasn't it been endorsed by the most respected docÂtors, drug firms, public officials, school authorities, press, and unfortunately even by some churches which have been influenced by large donations from medical men? " All of these " blind leaders of the blind " have been lured into the belief in vaccination, not by any honest investigation, but by clever and persistent sales propaganda of the vaccine con-artists. If the people at large were to learn the cold bare facts about the frightening number of deaths, diseases and disÂabilities which are directly or indirectly caused by vaccinaÂtions, and with absolutely no protection or benefit from the shots, they would regard the vaccinators as underhanded criminals, no better than the " hit men " of the crime syndicates. It is the intention of this book to ferret out and present a significant sampling of the incriminating medical evidence which proves beyond any question of a doubt that vaccinaÂtion with its false germ theory has killed and disabled hundreds of thousands of otherwise normal, healthy people, and has blocked the progress of medicine and brought conÂfusion and decadence into the healing field. The information in this book is only a fraction of the data which has been uncovered in this search for facts to expose medical frauds and, hopefully, to prevent more needless suffering and death from vaccine poisoning. Even the title of this chapter, VACCINATION CONÂDEMNED BY ALL COMPETENT DOCTORS, points the finger of blame at all those medical men who lend themÂselves to commercial corruption, because any doctor who knows the facts about the hazards of vaccination can never, with any conscience, avoid condemning vaccination. With all the condemnatory evidence against it, any doctor who advocates vaccination automatically condemns himself as being incompetent. A competent doctor will become informed as to the nature and contents of the vaccines. He will at least read the package-inserts which list the poisons contained in the vacÂcines along with the possible after-effects, including disabilÂity and death. Knowing this he could not give shots and deliberately poison the people just for profit. A competent doctor will not put profits ahead of the safety of his patients. If a doctor claims he gives shots because he does not know they are dangerous, he is incompetent because the package- inserts are right there before his eyes wrapped around the vial of vaccine. There are also the official reports in the medÂical journals and other public reports which list hundreds of people killed and disabled by vaccinations every year. No doctor could be considered competent who does not read the instructions on the package-inserts and the latest informaÂtion in his medical literature. On the other hand, any doctor who does know the vaccines are dangerous and gives them anyway just because other doctors give them or because it is standard practice, is not only incompetent, he is a dangerÂous criminal who kills innocent people just because the drug houses and vaccine promoters want him to sell their vacÂcines no matter what the consequences. -------------------------------------------------------------------- (Pages 6,7,9) There may be some who may think I am too harsh when I claim that all competent doctors condemn vaccination, and that those who do not condemn it are not competent, but I invite those who criticize me, to give proof how it can be otherwise. The package inserts prove that the vaccines are composed of nothing but poisons, and poisons destroy living tissue and even life. Poisons cannot prevent disease; they can only poison—do damage, and cause disease and death. The intent and purpose of vaccine is to cause disease, and it does just that, sometimes immediately and sometimes in delayed reactions later on. The antibody theory, which is only a theÂory and not a fact, has been explored, exploded and proved to be a deceptive fraud and, therefore, has led the doctors as well as the people astray. This false theory has been the cause of numerous disabilities and deaths because it fooled the people into believing that the injected antigens in the vaccines would fight the germs which were supposed to be the cause of the disease. This false theory taught the people to believe that the action of the antibodies in the vaccine would cause a mild case of the disease which would immuÂnize them against a worse case later on. But the poison vaccine caused far more damage and worse diseases than were ever known among the unvaccinated and unmedicated peoÂple. It has been proved in laboratories that the antibody-count has no effect, one way or another in preventing any disease or of causing only a mild case. Thousands of vacciÂnated people all over the world developed the diseases they were " protected " against—and in the most virulent form, and died of them, thus proving that vaccines do not immunize against any disease, but do cause them. As germs are not the cause of disease in the first place, killing them with toxic vaccines cannot control them. But we do know that the corÂrosive vaccines destroy or weaken the living cells and cause degeneration, disease and death. (See the Chapter—GERMS ARE NOT THE CAUSE.) That is why the vaccine labs refuse to give any guarantee— they do not dare, as they know vaccination is a killer. It is the promoters, not the labs, who make the promises that vaccines prevent diseases and give immunity, and they should be stopped from giving out their false and fraudulent propaganda. The FDA (FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION) had heard so many complaints from the people about vaccines, that their top officials asked the vaccine labs for a guarantee that the vaccines they make are safe and effective in preÂventing disease. The laboratory officials told the FDA, withÂout mincing words that: " ALL VACCINES ARE HIGHLY TOXIC AND CANÂNOT BE MADE SAFE. THEY ARE OFTEN UNSTABLE AND CANNOT BE DEPENDED UPON TO PREVENT OR CURE DISEASES; THEREFORE, THEY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED EITHER FOR SAFETY OR EFFECÂTIVENESS. " There may possibly be a few doctors walking around today who really believe that vaccine shots are harmless and may do some good. Should they be condemned as incompetent? Yes—they are the ones who are doubly incomÂpetent because they are willingly ignorant of available facts. Apparently, they did not pay attention in medical school when the teacher was telling how vaccines are made, and later, when they got in practice, they did not bother to read the package-inserts which tell of the collection of dangerous poisons in the vaccines and what lasting or fatal after Âeffects could be expected. Such a doctor is not only unlearned, he is dangerous in that he is leading the people astray because of his incompetence, and he is responsible for the death or disability of his vaccine victims. All these various types of incompetent doctors could be lumped under the one category of incompetent and dangerous doctors, and should have their licenses revoked. However, all these incompetent doctors are still in practice, and the vaccine labs are still in business making truck loads of poison vaccines to shoot into the unsuspecting people in their frequent compulsory vacciÂnation campaigns. This is done, even without any restricÂtions or words of caution—after the FDA found out that they (the labs) cannot make any safe or effective vaccines and never will make any, then or in the future, but that they are going to keep right on making and selling their dangerous and defective vaccines anyway for the profit there is in it, until they are stopped. http://www.satanicvaccines.com/p54.htm
