My husband and I work with insurance everyday. It depends on

whether you are talking about " group " insurance or " individual "

insurance coverage. You need to pay very close attention to

that particular insurance companies application. Everything

falls under " pre-existing " conditions and how the individuals

have answered their insurance application. Most applications

either ask " Have ever been seen or treated for any of the

following conditions? " or " In the past 10 years have you been

seen, treated for been counseled for the following conditions. "

Companies/underwriters are really cracking down these circumstances. Things

also very per various states and what the insurance laws per state allow.
