Guest guest
Yes, I have occasionally had pain where the hooks are in my back. I had cortizone shots and that did help. My surgeon did it. Last time was in May and have been pretty good so far. We will see once the winter comes. I never seem to do well in the cold. Guest guest
She is having consistent pain. At first it was unbearable. Now it hurts to get out of bed. The locker issue has been resolved. The point is, I sent emails to each and every teacher and her counselor, but no one could tell me that the lockers were not assigned. I learned this from my daughter at the end of the day. We had previously requested the extra set of books. Over one week later they finally provided the lockers. In the meantime we made an agreement to leave her backpack in her counselor's room. But why of all years, did this happen THIS year? Its always something that you never think of... As for her pain, we are now in crisis situation. She has missed five days of school so far. It looks like we will have to request home bound services. What I was trying to prevent by having the surgery in the summer, rather than the holidays. Sigh... Melody PS: did the cortizone shots leave a white spot on your back? Our surgeon told us steroids might do that. And its permanent. My daughter is worried about her huge scar and now this? > > Yes, I have occasionally had pain where the hooks are in my back.
