scoliosis, had that 10 1/2 hr, surgery that left me in 24 hr. bottom nerve pain,

which is the most extreme to try to get under control.  This morn. I awoke &

with my husband's help had 5 ice packs wrapped in washclothes of course to go

over the packs before long I'll be frozen in ice compltely to get pain under

control...it never ends...been in pain first neck injury took drs. 5 years w/ me

finally ending up at the World's largest Spinal Institute to dx that I had been

3 cracked discs in neck..I've lived most of my adult life, but must say, it has

gotten much worse from the nerve pain all day 4 years or so now!!!

Well leg spasms can be caused by some medication and sometimes just getting

older. If you are starting to experience pain though after 30 years then you

might have flat back syndrome. If you do a Google search on flat back syndrome

as there is some info there. In addition there are for those

afflicted with it. If you have Harrington rods in there for that long, it's

possible you have developed it.
