At twelve years old he bid farewell

He gave up to this life and went to the other abode

He succumbed to a disease the doctor didn’t know

and haven’t found yet its cure.

He was always happy and never complained

He didn’t even wallow in self pity and pain

His warm smile always brightens everyone around

So maybe heaven needed him more

to welcome for such an angel like him

He stayed forever young in my mind.

Good, charming, a playmate, an angel brought for me during those times

Like Pan in Neverland

He didn’t grow old

remains forever young in my mind
