Hmmm...Here in PA the commercial is that Texas has the Lowest number of

insured kids, I think. I don't remember it saying anything about vaccs. I

guess they focus on different things for different areas.

I really don't know W. Bush's " official " stance on vaccinations, but

there's a commercial being run in the Detroit area (by the Democrats) saying how

Texan has the lowest percentage of vaccinated kids in the country, blah blah

blah. I laugh every time I see it because it's trying to make GWB look like he

can't " take care of " kids, but instead I'm yelling at the TV " GOOD!!! "

I haven't been able to locate any thing on vaccines at any GWB web sites.

Anyone have the " official " word from his camp?

I am pretty sure that Nell is not going to listen to any of us when we say that things are going to be OK. She is very delicate right now. Also very black and white in her thinking. Her father abandoning her is not only psychologically damaging but takes her hope away from her. She was suicidal before this option. I fear she will return to that state. I am terrified. She is my only child. I have fought so hard for her for 15 years. I left her father when she was a baby so she would never have to grow up with an abuser or learn to be an abused woman. Still he abuses her and harms her. He does it by trying to get me. Because I will not be subseviant to him. Because I will not give in to his threats. He is punishing me the way he knows will hurt the most. What he leaves behind is a child destroyed.

There are several antibodies that should be tested:

Tg Ab

TPO Ab

TSI Ab

One can be neg and not another. Is she on thyroid medication? Looks like T4 if she is. Those Frees look too low. But with a supressed TSH I would like to know if she takes medication. Otherwise she may have an issue with RT3.

It's hard to tell.

Therewas one test for antibodies which didn't find any. She has swelling inthe throat area which looks like the thyroid is swollen - sometimes itis quite painful. She isn't on any medication yet, just being watched. She showed me similar

looking labs since 2007 with TSH hovering round the bottom of the range. I was

quite surprised to see them. From what she'd described to me I expected to see a

typical hypothyroid picture with massive antibodies. From her description of

throat symptoms it sounds like some form of thyoiditis.

There were 3 different antibody results early on - all negative, I would need to

look at the results again to know for sure it is the three you've listed. I

wonder if getting anti nuclear antibodies checked would be worth doing along

with the RT3?
