I want to start with this = I had a horrible childhood and I just cant seem to forgive my mom who is now a very loving and wonderful women (I am 44 she is 63). Love yourself first then you can love others. Think about the positive side like she brought you in this world and raised you and then as were saying- she is a loving woman- then think about it - see her good side and then move on. You're not yet ready to forgive her, it's only the mind who is forcing you to forgive her- that's why nothing happens. Forgiveness is from the heart. Before Meditation you chanting OMAKAR eleven times than start meditation. Second in the meditation you think day by day I am coming form drug addicting. In the meditaiton you fantasy when you close your eyes you imagine some natural seen like mountians coverd with snow or river or God which you worship. At the last you think in future I will meditation I will easily go same postion. Five years back I had got deep deep depression than I done above thing I had come out slowly & slowly.
