Guest guest
These really help, like the routine at the end of Rashelle's instructional tape. During a good facial, we do a lengthy facial massage that would include movements like you find in these tapes. These movements help stimulate blood flow to the face and help put waste and toxins into the lymph system. Most people have a rosy glow after the facial since the blood flow has been greatly stimulated. Also the manual manipulation of these muscles, I think, would aid in toning the face. I have these tapes and was amazed at the movements that were so similar to facial massage techniques taught to me in esthetics school.
