To provide knowledge of fundamentals and process of ethical

principles, informed consent process, role of ethics committee. This

hands-on workshop will provide opportunity for the participants to

review the problems related to ethical issues and informed consent

pertaining to conduct of clinical research.

Topics to be covered:

- Ethical Principles in clinical research

- Role and responsibility of Institutional ethics committee

- Informed consent and informed consent process

- Hands-on exercise on problems related to ethical issues and

consent process

Clinical researchers, Members of Ethics Committee, Investigators,

Pharmaceutical industry professionals.
