Guest guest
Really? the whole time I didn't know that. Deb lives in Kearny Mesa. Now I have to sort through my head all the similarities and where you are both at with your mites. Can you tell me? I would love to compare and see. Have you tried to get your mite identified at the Health Department? I love in Alpine. Tammy --- Lucy Lu <lucylu62@...> wrote: > Hi Tammy, > > I also live in San Diego-Carlsbad. Guest guest
Yes, Deb, here tried it this week. She is not back in her house yet and has no access to a computer. She is in the process of spraying again because they told her she has it really bad and will need at least 3 treatments. She is a little discouraged at the moment, but she is a trooper. She has tried almost everything and wont stop till they are gone! Me? We have only sprayed Suspend SC with a growth regulator and are trying to figure out what to do next. As you, we too are very limited in money. My husband is a teacher and I am a stay home mom. We are only making this all work by the grace of God providing exactly what we need each month. Extra money just for new mattress covers, epsom salts, carpet cleaning, electricity for the dryer running all day...well, you know. Yes, expensive. We will see. Both Joan and Myrtle have had success with Cedarcide although one of them has it internal I believe. So good luck. And thanks for the encouragement. Where do you live again? Guest guest
Tammy, I live just outside Philadelphia. Are you the only one getting bites? This all started with my daughter who had bites on her stomach which I thought was maybe a food allergy but when I had her tested nothing showed up. I started rubbing vasaline on her tummy and back every night and now she only gets random bites every so often. My husband and son are the least affected, me on the other hand that's a different story! Guest guest
Hi Mike I have a question you say you wear a patch for pain, do you go in the hot tub with your patch on ? I wear a Fentenayl patch and it says that I should not go in hot tubs which really bothers me because we own one. As for whom ever ask about going in one with the implant it does not bother it one bit as long as you are all healed, Just one bit of advice you might want to shut it off or turn it down until you are use to how your unit works !!!!! Kathy hi Ibeen in a hot tub many times without any trouble I wouldn't advice spending lot time in one. to much can irrate the site of implant. I of course could not change settings while in there them my control would be ruined. mike group owner ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message. Guest guest
hi Doug do doctors understand that iodine affects genetic expression? well I mean docs like you Gracia I joined this group to see what is developing in the area of nutragenetics with respect to the thyroid.....I have recently been introduced to DNA targeted nutrition where nutrition is evaluated based on the analysis of certain gene focus and their expression. It is amazing how much objective information is being discovered about nutrition through the evaluation of DNA. If you want to contribute to my group I just started please do.... I am very excited about learning as much as I can about this topic.... thanks Doug Penta MD (my group is DNA targeted nutrition)
Guest guest
Hi Gracia... As you know ,iodine has been very well documented to have a significant impact on gene expression... it is very hard to generalize about how much a particular clinical doctor is going to know about this topic , since it largely depends on how much the information relates to their particular field.... for me, the discussion about gene regulation centers around breast cancer and choriocarcinoma in particular. The reason I have become passionate about the company I have joined is because it is bringing this information objectively to the forefront and there will be no way that this information cannot have a more significant impact on clinical medicine. I am receiving an education from the medical staff and researchers and from olympic trainers and the data that is continuing to be uncovered by the company is huge. It is individuals in a group such as this that would be especially well served by the information offered by the company and can benefit regardless of whether you join the company or not. If anyone wants to learn more from the downloads available or the articles sited you can go do the company website at www.mygenewize.com/gensite ..... the research staff is second to none and the main company is very well established and respected for many years: Gene Link. Guest guest
Hi Rysiek, I am afraid I don't know much about iodine for multiple sclerosis specifically, but since most people are deficient and iodine is important for so many critical processes in the body, I'm sure it can't hurt! I would recommend doing a loading test if you can, so you can see how deficient you are ... Guest guest
Dr. Weston Price back in the 1930s discovered a link between MS and dental work. He lost his son to heart disease which he linked back to a root canal he had performed on him. Dr. Price discovered that when bacteria are trapped inside a dead tooth, some forms of which are anaerobic secrete highly toxic chemicals, will travel along nerve sheaths and attack the spinal column causing a disruption in electrical connectivity between the brain and muscles in the extremities. Many patients recovered almost immediately when their root canals were removed. Today more is known and other forms of dental work are now suspect. Dental amalgams leach a great deal of mercury which is highly toxic to the body and primarily effects motor nerve connectivity. If anyone has amalgams, they should be removed only by a Huggins Protocol biological dentist. Afterwards the metal can be chelated out of the body via several methods. All heavy metal accumulation must be chelated out of the body before any true healing can take place with any disease. Today the Price Pottenger Foundation and the Weston A. Price Foundation exist as a testimony to this great medical researcher. http://www.westonaprice.org/ http://www.ppnf.org/catalog/ppnf/ The American dental Association has been fighting this concept for fear of the tremendous amount of potential litigation which would occur if they admitted to their errors which is well-understood by many. Dentists who use mercury are very foolish as they are constantly being exposed to the neurotoxic metal. I knew of a retired dentist who had Parkinsons type shakes so strong that he could not hold a glass of water long enough to reach his mouth without splashing most of it out of the glass. His relatives institutionalized him because he couldn't control his anger and frustration having lost motor control while his mind remaind in tact. I heard that he committed suicide but was unable to confirm it as my friends who were his relaitives have left the country and no longer communicate with me. > > > > Hi ! > > I am new on these group , i am from Poland and i have multiple sclerosic from about 20 > years . > > What do you know about healing MS with iodine , do you know any testimonials . > > Rysiek > > >
Guest guest
Hi Ryszard, I have read that there is a large connection between MS and vitamin D. If you decide to supplement D then D3 liquid is the best form. I have read that it takes 4 times as much vitamin D2 to be absorbed as D3. D2 is commonly used as supplement in cereals and milk and such. My doctor has me on lanolin cause blood tests showed very low vitamin D. Vitamin D acts more like a hormone in the body and has many impacts. Lack of Vitamin D has many health impacts such as MS that are more common the farther north from the equator that you live. Sunshine on skin can manufacture Vitamin D but North of Georgia in US there were only 3 months that are likely to be sufficient sunshine if sufficient skin is exposed to be of significant use. Iodine has really helped me to restore sleep and that is when the body is best at healing. You could let us know if iodine helps you with your MS symptoms. Guest guest
Hi Ryszard, During my search for better health, I have come across information regarding a link between MS and excitotoxins. Google excitotoxins and you will get lots of hits. One website that has archived their discussions is msgmyth.com. So you can search their archive for exactly what you are looking for. Another good msg site is msgtruth.com Hope this helps. Guest guest
hI rysiek, Try iodine4health.com under the section diseaes there is a sub section for MS and this should answer a lot of questions for you. Tess From: marlenaappletree <marlenaappletree@...>Subject: Re: HIiodine Date: Sunday, July 20, 2008, 9:34 PM Hi Rysiek,I am afraid I don't know much about iodine for multiple sclerosis specifically, but since most people are deficient and iodine is important for so many critical processes in the body, I'm sure it can't hurt! I would recommend doing a loading test if you can, so you can see how deficient you are ...Take care,Marlena>> Hi !> I am new on these group , i am from Poland and i have multiple sclerosic from about 20 years .> What do you know about healing MS with iodine , do you know any testimonials .> Rysiek>
Guest guest
Hi Ramu, I live in sdale, Arizona...USA. I'm a wellness coach...I have an online business and see clients to help with nutritional coaching, massage therapy, reiki and meditation. Regarding negative thoughts: My advice to you, my friend is that everyone has negative thoughts....wherever there's a positive, there will alwas be a negative. that's the the dualistic world is. The more you try to control negative thoughts, the more the mind will product them. Instead, just try to quiet the mind and watch it...watch the thoughts that pop in and out...they will do so naturally...just don't hold on to them. let them pass through. Try to accept yourself for who you are and let it be OK to have these negative thoughts. Soon...they won't cause you much concern. Guest guest
It has been so quiet that I thought everyone was just busy. I am praying for our entire group and I am still here if anyone needs anything. Sunday night I went to stand up off the floor and ripped the lead cord out of the stimulator box. My husband put it back in and I was okay. Then the paper tape (I can't use plastic because I get an awful rash) started eating away at my skin and had to come off. All this messing with the stim caused there to be a short in the lead and my Medtronic rep said to disconnect it all and then see my doc at the regularly scheduled appointment, which is tomorrow and tape the lead down on my back until then. Within about a half hour, the pain returned and I was pretty sad to not have the relief of my stim anymore. Now, I have to wait for insurance approval. I knew it was going to have to come out, but I really hoped it would be tomorrow and I would have it for the whole week. Anyway, I am here. I just haven't written because I was a little bummed. I am praying for everyone and hope that warm wishes find each of you. In a message dated 8/19/2008 10:00:34 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time, butterfliesrfree309@... writes: Good morning everyone. Guest guest
So sorry to hear about ur stimulator trial being cut short. I would be bummed too. The waiting for the insurance companies was the worst part, u never really know if they r going to go thru with the permanent one or not. Plus once u have had a taste of some actual relief....who wants to give that up!?!?!?!? Guest guest
HOPEFULLY THE INSURANCE COMPANY WILL APPROVE YOUR PERMANENT STIM SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT TOO LONG. THE WORST PART IS THE WAITING, BUT IT WILL HAPPEN.. I REMEMBER WHEN THE DR REMOVED MY TRIAL AND ASKED WHEN I WANTED THE IMPLANT, I LOOKED HIM IN THE EYE AND SAID TOMOROW. THE FACT THAT YOU GOT SUCH POSITIVE RESULTS IS WONDERFUL. THINK POISITVE AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT , YOU'LL HAVE THE IMPLANT. NO MATTER HOW LONG THE TRIAL IS, IT'S NEVER LONG ENOUGH, WE DON'T WANT TO GIVE UP THE RELIEF WE FINALLY FOUND. Guest guest
My sister is getting married in November and I came to the realization today that I will most likely still be recovering.
