Guest guest
Hi Deb, Yes, it works for me. My first week I lost 16 inches. My husband laughed at me for counting my losses and jokingly said that if you measure your body every half inch, of course it is going to add up to 16 inches! I of course hadn't measured my body every 1/2 inch, but had measured my waist, hips, and thighs. Those losses added up to 16 inches and I think two pant sizes. It was quite some time ago, when I first started. I also remember reading my very first LifeLift newsletter thinking Rashelle had made an error in the time she did her workout. The newsletter said she was toning up to do her video so she increased her workout time to 4 minutes a day. She did her workout in the shower. Well, I thought that was a typo and inquired. She responded to me that no, it wasn't a typo and since she was already her ideal size, she was just toning for the camera. She also had posted a formula to figure your " ideal " . I used her calculations to help re-shape my figure to the " ideal " . The secret to this working for you is consistency. This program works from the inside out, so be consistent and patient. It works for me. Karma success Has anyone had success doing LifeLift? It sounds to good to be true. And if it's not, I'm on board. Guest guest
Hi Deb, For me, I noticed it first in my waist and hips. However, that is where I was focusing my tightening and stretching. Karma Success Has everyone had such great success with LifeLift. What seems to be noticed first, tummy, butt, hips, butt tighting? Count me in. Guest guest
Deb, Sometimes I think I'm going to have no waist at all if I continue LL...just kidding but I literally can watch my waist dwindle away when doing LL continuously. Heck, I even notice it the first day or so.....it's awesome! Jen Are you trying to live a healthier life style and need support? NSforgentlesouls/ Are you the Daughter of the King? Guest guest
Yes, Deb, there IS a " Santa Claus " <:-) and LL is nothing short of miraculous -- My first WEEK on this program, I lost a grand total of 17 inches from 10 measuring points (bust, chest, upper abs, waist, lower abs, hips, each biceps & both thighs) with most spectacular losses coming off my upper abs, waist & lower abs !!! Whichever body area/s you target with muscle flexing WILL shrink from burning up the fat deposits there (and I didn't do ANY positional exercises, just the LL flex-breathing ONLY)... Your friend, CC > > Has everyone had such great success with LifeLift. What seems to be > noticed first, tummy, butt, hips, butt tighting? Guest guest
The only thing i have really measured is my waist i have lost a lot there . several size clothing actually. and i noticed yesterday a bracelet i got just 2 weeks ago is way to big i had to take a inch off of it so it would still fit. Be sure to let us know the great results you get also . Molly : O ) > > Has anyone had success doing LifeLift? Guest guest
Hey Molly, funny you should mention having to shorten the length of a bracelet to keep it from falling off, now that you're losing so much weight doing LL -- my friend Bunny just called to say that she tried on an old RING this morning she couldn't wear for years because it had gotten too tight & now it fits just FINE thanks to LL alone !!! And CONGRATS for doing 180 LL breaths yesterday -- Pretty soon we'll be calling you " Mini-Molly " <:-) Your friend, CC > > > > > > Has everyone had such great success with LifeLift. Guest guest
Very encouraging, Molly. We eat pretty healthy, too. I'm steadily moving in the right direction. I've been a little off track the last couple of weeks with my mom's and aunt's illnesses, and figuring income tax (ugh!!), but I'm heading back in the right direction again. I was doing very well, just eating my usual diet and LLing. Melinda ) Re: success Just LL although i do eat pretty healthy for the most part. I am trying to increase my fiber . Guest guest
Yes. It was performed by Dr. at Emory Hospital in Atlanta. The whole staff was great. I was one of the " minor " cases (if there is such a thing) going on at the time, but was treated very well. I'm on a soft diet, at least until the follow up in early June. I'm really glad to be eating again, with no issues thus far. Lee

Guest guest
Hi Andy, I'm just getting back online myself. I had a lap Heller myotomy with Dor fundoplication, just this last Wednesay. Much easier recovery than the hemerroidectomy I had many years ago LOL! Everything seems to be functioning as planned. I'm doing well enough that I thought I'd overdone it last night, but feel better after sleeping. I lugged a suitcase that was probably over my 20lb limit up and down a couple of flights of stairs (I live on the 3rd floor and was by myself). Next time I'll split the load and make 2 trips. Looking back through your posts I see that your story is the closest to mine that I've seen so far, although my whole experience is compressed into about half the timeframe as yours. Very similar though. I'm feeling good, on a soft diet, and things are progressing well. Thanks for asking! I plan on hanging around here as well. I owe this group for enabling my timeframe to be compressed. I would gone the " self-heal " route for a while, before I realized that it probably (understated) won't happen otherwise. Got to run - have a seminar to attend in a bit. :-) Lee

Guest guest
Hi Lee, Are you kidding us? Attend a seminar so soon after surgery??? Well, you'll need another good sleep tonight, as I am sure you are overdoing it again now! You really should take it easy, even when you feel well! Your body needs time to recover and heal! Guest guest
Lee,I remember now and yes we have had a similar op in fact as far as medical terms go identical assuming yours was keyhole too. I had mine back in January and I can honestly say I am feeling and doing great, absolutely no problems at all - I do feel guilty though as many others haven't shared the same success. My diet is back as it was and I have put on almost all the weight I lost - this was intentional though as I was a bit overweight. I wish you well and keep popping up and saying hi as that's what helped me and I understand you by joinig this group.AndyYorkshire, England2008/5/18 Lee Oppert <lee.oppert@...>: Hi Andy, I'm just getting back online myself.
