a positive experience at court

I had to go to court to clear up some paperwork issues (They were taking out too

much child support from my check/and on top of that not giving the excess to my

ex-wife, but rather just keeping it) There was a line of grumpy people waiting

to talk with the workers and none of them were getting any satisfaction, just

the run=around. I said to myself " This is not going to happen to me, Im going to

use LOA. " So when my turn came I put on a big smile unlike the other grumps on

the line complaining and whining. I asked the women her name and called her by

it and wished her a good day and talked very positively, " I know YOU can help

me, " Etc. Well wouldnt you know that instead of giving me the run=around like

she gave everyone else, she actually called the state capital for me where the

headquarters are and straightened the whole thing out and now I am getting a

retroactive check for all the money they took that they werent supposed to.
