Guest guest
NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND WORKSHOP ON TEACHING STRATEGIES Children go to school to learn. They learn to read, write, comprehend, do math, sing, dance, play to name a few skills. Learning comes naturally to them. But there are many who struggle with every aspect of learning. They are unable to keep pace with the peer group and thus the seed of inadequacy is sown. This seed of inadequacy might turn a child into a child with learning disabilities if intervention is not provided. In order to help the struggling child to learn and keep pace with his counterparts the teacher needs to use a variety of strategies. These strategies need not be one on one as they benefit the whole class. The “good†students become better and the “struggling†students learn what they couldn’t learn in the first place.
