Global Youth Development – Resource Bank – Free consolidation and publication of E-brochures of resource personnel

Dear friends,

There has been growing appreciation of the importance of Youth Development all over the world. The United Nations Organization has also initiated a number of programs for the benefit of the Youth in different parts of the world. As the future of the world depends on how today's global youth develop, we cannot ignore any aspect of their development lest the safety and prosperity of the humankind should be jeopardized.

Youth Development is a multi-disciplinary task that could not be disowned by any field of knowledge of profession.

Today's Youth stand at the crossroads facing enormous positive and negative possibilities. The tempting and perilous pitfalls that could engulf them with a dark and hopeless future, if not total annihilation are as many as brilliant opportunities that could lift them to lofty standards of living and prosperity. Undoubtedly, the Youth of today find themselves in such an unenviable position that no youth of any earlier generation have seen or experienced.

There is of course no dearth of teachers, leaders and trainers who could safely guide the global youth to a better world. But, on one hand there is lack of coordination; and on the other there are also selfish politicians and business leaders with vested interests who are experts in misleading the Youth. The progress of good work in Youth Development is greatly hampered by negative forces.

It is, therefore, necessary to consolidate the development resources, sensibly coordinate efforts and maximize the benefits to the Youth. There has to be planned use of resources, well directed by a meaningful assessment of the various needs of the Youth.

Dynamic Youth online magazine, dedicated to Global Youth Development, seeks to take initiative in this matter at international level. To begin with Dynamic Youth would publish the e-brochures of the resource personnel in its website www.dynamicyouth.org

All the organizations and individuals engaged in Youth Development, Professors, Youth Development Activists, Professionals in Human Resource Development, Training and Development, Motivators, Personality Development Specialists, Experts in NLP, Yoga etc. and any others interested in Global Youth Development are requested kindly to forward their e-brochures in not more than 1000 words to associateeditor@...

The e-brochures will be categorized, indexed and published in www.dynamicyouth.org that is viewed in all English speaking countries. The brochures may be revised once in six months incorporating changes if any.

It would be very helpful if the contact details, areas of specialization, preparedness for any voluntary service etc. are clearly included in the brochure. A photograph (JPG image 100 KB) may also be included.

It is also our earnest request that experts and senior leaders in these fields to give some thought to this mission and share their ideas with us. We also seek guidance from the resource development veterans and would welcome their participation in any manner possible.

With kind regards,

K S Venkataraman
